We’re excited to have you stay at Avellino Lakeside Escape. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our terms and conditions:
Reservations:
- Guarantee: All reservations require full payment with a valid debit/credit card or bank transfer payment to guarantee your stay.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 days is enforced at our property.
- Changes/Cancellations: Please refer to our separate cancellation policy for details on fees and deadlines.
- Walk-ins: We do not accept or admit walk-ins.
- Advance booking: All reservations must be booked and confirmed a day before arrival.
Arrival & Departure:
- Check-In: Our check-in time is 12:00 pm. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Late Check-Out: Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. You can inquire about this before or after arrival.
- Check-Out: Our check-out time is 12:00pm. Late check-out without prior arrangement will be charged a full night’s stay.
- Meals: Full board starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Any meals outside of this period shall be at the cost of the guest.
Check-in age limit:
- Minimum age: 18
- Maximum age: No age limit
- Children below 18 shall need to present an authorised document signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Parking:
- Free private parking available on site.
- Please do not leave your valuables in the car as this is at your own risk.
Guest Conduct and Responsibility:
- Photography and Videography: Due to the nature of the property and for the privacy of all guests, photography and videography are restricted and are not permitted for commercial use or public dissemination.
- Respect: We maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests. Disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise, will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your stay without a refund.
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all rooms and public rooms ie: Cinema, Conference room, etc). A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for any violation.
- Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused to the room, furnishings or property during their stay.
- Personal property: We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
- Occupancy: The number of guests occupying a room cannot exceed the maximum capacity listed for that room type. Extra guests will incur an additional fee of $300 per person per night.
- Additional beds: No additional beds are allowed in any rooms.
- Pet Policy: Unfortunately, we are a pet-free establishment. No pets are allowed on the property.
Children Policy:
- Free accommodation for children under the age of 3 sharing with a full paying adult.
- Baby cots are available upon request for children aged 0-2.
- Maximum 2 children per room between the ages of 03-12 years sharing with at least 1 full paying adult.
- Children aged 12 years and older are considered adults and will be charged the applicable adult rate.
- No child rates apply (accommodation is charged per room, per night).
Limited Liability:
- We are not liable for any disruptions or inconveniences caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for any injury or loss incurred on the property. Guests stay at their own risk.
Acceptance:
- We don't accept walk-ins.
- By making a reservation, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
- Admission on the property is strict and only accepted upon a confirmed booking reservation sent from our official email.
Additional Considerations:
- Governing Law: Our terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic Of Uganda.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be handled via mediation or arbitration.
